AFTER THE PILOT TOUCHED DOWN ON THE RUNWAY IN AN 80 DEGREE CROSSWIND, THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN DRIFTING TO THE RIGHT. THE AIRPLANE WENT OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY INTO WET GRASS, HIT STANDING WATER, AND NOSED OVER.
