WHILE SPRAYING A FLOODED FIELD, THE SPRAY RIG FAILED AND SPRAYED CHEMICALS INTO THE PILOT'S FACE, TEMPORARILY BLINDING HIM. THE AIRCRAFT DESCENDED AND HIT A FENCE, FLIPPED SEVERAL TIMES, AND CAME TO REST INVERTED.
