THE PILOT STATED THAT THE AIRPLANE LIFTED OFF THE PRIVATE STRIP AND GAINED AN ALTITUDE ABOVE THE GROUND OF ABOUT 25 TO 30 FEET AND THEN SETTLED BACK TO THE GROUND OFF THE AIRPORT IN ROUGH TERRAIN.
