THE PILOT GROUND-LOOPED WHEN LANDING AT VERNAL, UT. ONE HOUR AFTER THE ACCIDENT, HE WAS SUBJECTED TO A TEST FOR INTOXICATION. HE LATER ADMITTED CONSUMING VODKA PRIOR TO THE ACCIDENT.
