THE STUDENT PILOT WAS LANDING ON RUNWAY 15. THE REPORTED WIND WAS 210 DEGREES AT 13 KNOTS, WITH GUSTS TO 16 KNOTS. DIRECTIONAL CONTROL WAS LOST. THE AIRCRAFT BOUNCED AND THE NOSE LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED.
