THE AIRPLANE BEGAN TO PORPOISE AFTER INITIAL CONTACT WAS MADE WITH THE RUNWAY. THE PILOT WAS UNABLE TO INITIATE CORRECTIVE ACTION IN A TIMELY FASHION RESULTING IN THE DAMAGE TO THE PROPELLER AND NOSE GEAR ASSEMBLY.
