THE AIRPLANE PILOT WAS ON HIS FIRST TAKEOFF IN THE HOMEBUILT GYROPLANE WHEN THE ACFT MANEUVERED ERRATICALLY, ROLLED INVERTED, DESCENDED UNCONTROLLED AND IMPACTED THE GROUND.
