THE ACFT IMPACTED AN ELECT WIRE WHILE THE PILOT WAS FLYING LOW LEVEL AT 150 MPH. THE ACFT DESCENDED, STRUCK A FENCE, AND IMPACTED THE GROUND INVERTED.
