AFTER EXECUTING A MISSED APPROACH THE PILOT ATTEMPTED A SECOND APPROACH. DURING THE SECOND APPROACH THE PILOT BECAME FIXATED ON THE INSTRUMENTS ALLOWING HIM TO SINK BELOW THE GUIDE PATH AND NOT PROVIDING AMPLE TIME TO RECOVER.
