THE PILOT DID NOT FLARE THE AIRPLANE ON LANDING. FACTORS RELATED TO THE ACCIDENT WERE: THE PILOT DID NOT ADEQUATELY RECOVER FROM A BOUNCED LANDING AND THE NOSE GEAR ASSEMBLY FAILED IN OVERLOAD.
