THE PLT STATED THAT THE SIGHTSEEING FLT WAS UNEVENTFUL BUT WHILE ON APPROACH TO LAND, A HIGH SINK RATE DEVELOPED RESULTING IN A HARD LANDING. HE FURTHER STATED THERE WAS NO ENG FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION.
