THE PLT RPRTD THAT DURING A X-COUNTRY FLT, THE ENG LOST POWER. AN EMERGENCY LANDING WAS MADE IN A WHEAT FIELD, WHICH RESULTED IN A NOSE OVER. AN EXAM REVEALED THERE WAS NO USABLE FUEL REMAINING IN THE ACFT.
