THE PILOT FLEW PAST A ROAD-GRADING CREW LEVEL ABOUT 30 FEET ABOVE GROUND. THE ROAD CREW WAVED AND REMARKED THE PILOT CONTINUED TO LOOK AT THEM UNTIL JUST PRIOR TO COLLIDING WITH A UTILITY POLE.
