WITNESSES OBSERVED THE AIRPLANE FLY INTO POWERLINES DURING AN AERIAL APPLICATION MANUEVER. AFTER STRIKING THE WIRES, THE AIRPLANE PITCHED UP, THEN NOSED DOWN TO TERRAIN IMPACT.
