THE STUDENT PILOT'S IMPROPERLY PLANNED APPROACH, AND INADEQUATE SUPERVISION BY THE INSTRUCTOR PILOT (CFI), WHICH LED TO AN ENCOUNTER WITH WAKE TURBULENCE AND A LOSS OF AIRCRAFT CONTROL.
