DURING A BUSINESS TRIP THE AIRCRAFT ENGINE LOST POWER FROM FUEL EXHAUSTION. THE PILOT MADE AN EMERGENCY LANDING ON A DESERTED STREET IN COATESVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA. THE AIRCRAFT RECEIVED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE DURING THE LANDING.
