DURING FLIGHT, THE ENGINE LOST POWER AND THE AIRCRAFT COLLIDED WITH TREES. AN EXAM REVEALED AN INCORRECT FUEL PUMP HAD BEEN INSTALLED THAT PREVENTED FUEL FROM FLOWING TO THE HEADER TANK.
