DURING A PERIOD OF LIGHT RAIN AT DUSK, THE B-25 PLT LANDED ON A 4250 FT RWY. WHILE LANDING, THE ACFT TOUCHED DOWN LONG & FAST. SUBSEQUENTLY, IT WENT OFF THE DEPARTURE END OF THE RWY & WAS DAMAGED.
