THE PLT STATED THAT WHILE TAXIING IN THE RAMP AREA HE TURNED THE AIRCRAFT TO PARK IT & INADVERTANTLY STRUCK THE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER OF A PARKED AIRCRAFT.
