A POST ACCIDENT INSPECTION BY AN FAA INSPECTOR PROVIDED EVIDENCE THAT THE AIRPLANE TAXIED ACROSS A GRASS PARKING AREA, THROUGH A FENCE, ONTO A ROADWAY EMBANKMENT WHERE IT BECAME AIRBORNE FOR A SHORT DISTANCE, THEN STRUCK THE TERRAIN AND NOSED OVER.
