THE PLT WAS TAKING OFF WITH A LEFT TAILWIND/CROSSWIND. AT LIFTOFF, THE LEFT WING DROPPED AND THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TO CORRECT WITH RUDDER. THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH THE TERRAIN.
