THE PILOT STATED THAT AS HE LIFTED OFF THE AIRCRAFT ENCOUNTERED A GUST OF WIND. THE PILOT LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT AND IT STRUCK A DISPLACED THRESHOLD SIGN AND THE GROUND.
