DURING A TOUCH AND GO LANDING ON A SOD STRIP THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED. THE STRUT ASSEMBLY PART NUMBER 0594300-5 FAILED FOR AN UNDETERMINED REASON AND THE AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER TO THE INVERTED POSITION.
