DURING SECOND TOUCH & GO LANDING, PLT ENCOUNTERED A CROSSWIND. WHILE ATTEMPTING A GO-AROUND, AFTER BOUNCING THREE TIMES,THE ACFT DRIFTED TO THE LEFT. THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH A SNOWBANK AND NOSED OVER.
