THE PILOT WAS PREPARING TO SPRAY A WHEATFIELD. DURING THE SECOND 1/3 OF PROCEDURAL TURNAROUND, THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK POWERLINES, THEN THE GROUND. THE AIRCRAFT WAS DESTROYED BY POST-IMPACT FIRE.
