WHILE TAKING OFF ON RWY 32, THE ACFT VEERED TO THE LEFT & COLLIDED WITH A SNOWBANK BEFORE THE STUDENT PLT COULD REGAIN CONTROL. THE STUDENT RPRTD THE WINDS WERE FROM 280 DEG AT 10 KTS.
