MUD DAUBERS PLUGGED THE FUEL TANK VENTS RESULTING IN FUEL STARVATION AND ENGINE FAILURE. THE ACFT RECEIVED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE DURING THE FORCED LNDG AND THE PLT WAS SERIOUSLY INJURED.
