THE STUDENT PLT REPORTED THAT A GUST OF WIND 'CAUGHT' THE AIRPLANE'S LEFT WING SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF AT ABOUT 100 FT AGL; HE SUBSEQUENTLY 'LOST CONTROL' AND THE AIRPLANE 'WENT DOWN'.
