THE STUDENT PILOT WAS PRACTICING TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS ON A RUNWAY PARTIALLY COVERED WITH SNOW AND ICE WHEN HE LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT AND STRUCK A RUNWAY PERIMETER SNOW BERM. AND NOSED OVER.
