AFTER DEPARTURE WHILE MAKING A TURN THE PILOT REPORTED THE ENGINE LOST POWER AND THE AIRCRAFT SETTLED INTO THE TREES. THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF A PREEXISTING MECHANICAL FAILURE/MALFUNCTION.
