THE PLT STATED THAT JUST AFTER PICKING UP A BANNER, THE ACFT STALLED AND STARTED TO ROLL TO THE LEFT. THE PLT WAS UNABLE TO RECOVER BEFORE THE ACFT IMPACTED THE GROUND.
