ACCORDING TO THE FAA EXAMINER, THE PLT WHOM HE WAS GIVING A CHECKRIDE TO APPLIED FULL BRAKES DURING THE SHORT FIELD LANDING, CAUSING BOTH TIRES TO FAIL.
