A STUDENT PILOT, PRACTICING TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS, ATTEMPTED A GO-AROUND. THE PILOT DID NOT MAINTAIN SUFFICIENT AIRSPEED BEFORE THE AIRCRAFT STALLED AND COLLIDED WITH THE RUNWAY.
