THIS PLT WAS ATTEMPTING TO AIR DROP ILLEGAL DRUGS TO SOMEONE ON THE GROUND. WHILE EXECUTING AN INTENTIONAL LOW PASS, AT DUSK, THEACFT INADVERTENTLY COLLIDED WITH A CACTUS TREE & CRASHED.
