THE PLT STATED THAT WHILE ATTEMPTING TO TAKEOFF FROM A PRIVATE AIRSTRIP HIS LEFT MAIN WHEEL HIT A BARBED WIRE FENCE CAUSING THE LEFT WING TO STRIKE THE GROUND & SEPARATE FROM THE ACFT.
