ON TAKEOFF, AT ABOUT 150 FT AGL, ALL POWER WAS LOST AND THE PILOT EXECUTED A FORCED LANDING ON THE AIRPORT. POST-ACCIDENT INSPECTION REVEALED CONTAMINATION IN THE FUEL MANIFOLD VALVE.
