THE PLT LANDED ON THE 5100 FT X 100 FT RWY, PORPOISED SEVERAL TIMES, LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL AND VEERED OFF THE RWY. THE NOSE GEAR BROKE OFF AND THE ACFT NOSED DOWN.
