THE PLT WAS PERFORMING A SERIES OF TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS AT REPUBLIC ARPT WHEN THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED. DURING THE FINAL LANDING, A HARD TOUCH DOWN WAS MADE WHICH RESULTED IN A PORPOISED LANDING.
