ACCORDING TO THE PLT, ON TOUCHDOWN THE ACFT BRAKING WAS INEFFECTIVE DUE TO MORNING DEW ON THE GRASS RWY. THE ACFT SLID OFF THE END OF THE RWY AND COLLIDED WITH BUSHES.
