THE PLT FLYING AT A LOW ALTITUDE DURING A CIVIL AIR PATROL TRAINING MANEUVER STRUCK A 30-FT HIGH POWER LINE WITH THE NOSE GEAR. THE ACFT THEN NOSED OVER AND IMPACTED THE GROUND.
