THE PLT WAS FLYING ON A VFR X-COUNTY FLT WHEN HE ALLOWED THE RT FUEL TANK TO RUN DRY WHICH RESULTED IN ENG STOPPAGE. AFTER SWITCHING FUEL AN ATTEMPTED ENG RESTARTED WAS UNSUCCESFULL. THE SUBSEQUENT FORCED LNG RESULTED IN SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE ACFT.
