THE PILOT REPORTED THAT DURING THE TAKEOFF ROLL THE AIRCRAFT COULD NOT OBTAIN AIRSPEED AND THE AIRCRAFT LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL STRIKING A SNOW BANK AT THE DEPARTURE END OF THE RUNWAY.
