WITNESSES RELATED THAT AS THE ACFT GOT AIRBORNE THE WINGS WOBBLED AND THE ACFT DESCENDED OUT OF CONTROL TO IMPACT. LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS FOUND EVIDENCE THAT THE ACFT STRUCK TREES BEFORE COLLIDING WITH THE TERRAIN.
