THE ACFT LOST POWER IN THE TRAFFIC PATTERN AND FORCED LANDED OFF THE ARPT. THE WEATHER WAS CONDUCIVE TO CARBURETOR ICING. THE PLT SAID HE APPLIED CARBURETOR HEAT AFTER REDUCING POWER.
