THE PLT LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL OF THE ACFT DURING LANDING ON AN ICY RWY IN A GUSTY CROSSWIND. THE ACFT SKIDDED TO THE LEFT AND CONTACTED A SNOWBANK, AFTER WHICH IT NOSED OVER.
