THE PLT SAID HE WAS ATTEMPTING A ROLL AT LOW ALT SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF AND WAS UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE MANEUVER BEFORE THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH THE GROUND.
