THE ACFT RAN INTO A SNOWBANK DURING THE LANDING ROLL AND FLIPPED OVER. THE PLT STATED THAT THE RIGHT BRAKE PEDAL CYLINDER FROZE BUT THIS COULD NOT BE CONFIRMED DURING THE INVESTIGATION.
