THE PLT SAID HE ENCOUNTERED WIND SHEAR AT 700 FT AGL, LOST CONTROL & LANDED IN A FIELD. THE PLT SUBSEQUENTLY WALKED TO A FRIEND'S HOUSE NEXT TO THE FIELD TO REPORT THE OCCURRENCE.
