THE ACFT CRASHED DURING AN EMERGENCY LANDING WHILE ON A PERSONAL X-COUNRY FLIGHT. INSPECTION OF THE ACFT AT THE ACCIDENT SITE REVEALED EMPTY FUEL SUMPS AND FUEL TANKS.
