THE STUDENT PLT ON HIS FIRST SOLO FLT VEERED OFF THE RWY INTO A SNOWBANK AND NOSED OVER. THE PLT SAID A PUDDLE OF WATER ON THE RWY CONTRIBUTED TO THE BEGINNING OF THE SWERVE AND HE COULD NOT RECOVER.
